How far ahead should we book a mapping sprint?

Most teams anchor six weeks out to secure distributor calendars and field windows. Shorter windows work for desk-only studies but limit ride-alongs.

Do you sign NDAs before seeing our outlet list?

Yes. We use a mutual NDA template or yours after a quick compatibility check. Without it, we only review anonymized samples.

What if our outlet census is messy?

We expect messiness. We tag confidence levels and document gaps instead of pretending the file is pristine.

Can we keep everything inside our VPN?

Workshops can be on your premises with your machines. Cloud uploads are optional and scoped per statement of work.

Who attends the tabletop simulations?

Brand, distributor, and branch leads with authority to change calendars. Observers are welcome but cannot outvote decision makers.

What languages do you facilitate?

Thai and English, sometimes mixed in the same session. Materials can be bilingual where needed.

What do you deliberately not do?

We do not negotiate listing fees, run payroll for promoters, or promise share outcomes. We map, align, and document so your teams can act.

What slows projects most?

Late distributor data and shifting workshop rosters. If those drift, timelines extend even when we add weekend hours.

Are published THB figures final?

Website figures are informational anchors. Signed proposals may differ based on travel, sample depth, and licensed data you already hold.

Do you offer installments?

For engagements above THB 70,000 we can split into two milestones with totals shown upfront—no hidden add-ons.
