Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to professional service fees listed on proposals or statements of work for NodeCore Stream Digital. Informational prices shown on the website are indicative and not a checkout cart; final fees appear in written quotes.
2. Eligibility window
Clients who prepaid for a defined engagement may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no deliverable work sessions or custom materials have been delivered. After work begins, refunds follow the partial rules below.
3. Full refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel an engagement for internal reasons, when duplicate charges occur, or within the 14-day cooling period before work starts. Processing returns to the original payment method where possible.
4. Partial refunds
If an engagement stops after partial delivery, we invoice for completed milestones at the percentages stated in the statement of work. If not stated, a fair value based on hours and materials expended will be proposed in writing.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses already incurred (travel booked, licensed data purchases, rush print) are non-refundable once purchased. Deposits labeled non-refundable in signed proposals remain so.
6. Process and timing
Email hello@nodecorestream.digital with invoice numbers and reasons. We acknowledge within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; bank posting times vary.
7. Thai consumer context
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under Thai consumer protection regulations. Where mandatory law provides stronger remedies, those provisions prevail. For enterprise contracts, negotiated terms supersede this general page when signed.
