General Terms

1. Agreement

By accessing nodecorestream.digital and requesting information about NodeCore Stream Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact hello@nodecorestream.digital for clarifications.

2. Services description

We provide B2B advisory and execution support for route-to-market mapping, territory studies, outlet prioritization, and branch handoff documentation. Deliverables are professional services outputs such as workshops, maps, matrices, and playbooks—not software ownership transfers unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate data exports, outlet lists, calendars, and permissions needed for field visits. Clients designate a primary contact with authority to schedule workshops and approve assumptions. Clients remain responsible for decisions made using our materials.

4. Intellectual property

We retain rights to generalized methodologies, templates, and anonymized learnings. Client-specific outputs are licensed to the client for internal operational use unless a separate assignment is signed. Neither party may misrepresent authorship of deliverables.

5. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the use of this site is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, or THB 50,000 if no fees apply. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit claims except where non-waivable by law.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution via written notice within 30 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the written statement of work. We may suspend site access if misuse, scraping, or security risk is detected. Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update these General Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The last updated date at the top of this page signals revisions. Continued use after posting constitutes notice; material changes to paid engagements require written confirmation.
